"The re-arm kit was easy to install but I was very nervous about damaging the ring seal "removing" the expired part. Thus the 4 star review. Actual pfd is comfortable to wear when out fishing for the day."
"The kit worked correctly and the instructions were good. One suggestion is to make the wording on the indicator dial about when a re-arm is required more clear. I read it that either a red dot or a date beyond December 2020 means a re-arm is required, but a fellow crew member interprets it that both a red dot and date beyond December 2020 is required. Which is rights/"
"Just as advertised. Easy to install, & most of all it had the full 5 year service life left. I did watch a video on your web sight on re-arming a hydrostatic life vest which made the job even easier. Mustang Survival products you can count on."

"I am Phil Mattson, I own and operate Wildman Outdoor Adventures here in Northwest Oregon. As a professional fishing guide I use seven Mustang PFD’s on a daily basis. This year I had to re-arm all seven. I’ll admit I was a little apprehensive about having to do this until I did the first one. The design is incredibly well thought out. The whole process was actually easy to perform. I was able to finish re-arming all seven in under 20 minutes. All that being said, the best thing about my Mustang PFD’s is still how unobtrusive they are to wear. You forget you have a PFD on! Thanks Mustang!!!"
"I have not been tipped into the water so I have never had it inflate. I is lite and comfortable so there is no reason to not have it on."
