First auto PFD
"If you are reading this you are most likely a boater, and quite possibly researching PFD’s. I spent a lot of this past winter researching auto PFD’s for my wife and me. It came down to Mustang vs Onyx. I ended up buying two MIT-70’s since I do a lot of inshore boating. The reasons I went with the MIT-70 were: - excellent size (not too big) and lightness - Comfort - Top notch build quality- very impressive - MIT technology and easy re-arm process We are very impressed with the two units and wear them proudly. If you have a boat you know how expensive things can be in this hobby. My advice is a PFD that can save your life should not be an place to try and skimp. If you value quality and a well thought out design, the MIT-70 should be on your short list. The great thing about these units are you will wear them, and that’s the most important feature of all. MIT 70
"I have not yet used any of the four MIT 70 inflatable life jackets yet. I am sure they will be fine. Rather disappointed in the fact that the CO2 canisters are recommended to be replaced every 3yrs. I checked the fill dates on the canisters that were sent with all four MIT 70 life vests and they were all filled in June of 2021. My math according to the instruction booklet is that the canisters should expire in June of this year (2024). This is very disappointing to me. It is going to be an unexpected expense for me."

MIT 70
"Hello, I gave the MIT 70 to my daughter for a 25th birthday gift. She absolutely loved it, the best features she said how small the unit is, the blue color is a absolutely great and I have not seen any other companies offer blue. Another great color would be a green. She fishes a lot with her boyfriend in Buzzards Bay just south of the Cape Cod Canal in Massachusetts and the tidal currents are very strong during tide shifts. I feel so much better knowing that she is now wearing something lightweight, small and comfortable to keep her safe, like the MIT 70. Thank you for providing such a great and necessary product into the market place. Richard"
